Get Involved
Without our dedicated volunteers and donors, our mission would not be possible. The generosity of our volunteers and donors helps to keep our valuable programs running strong. There are several ways to become involved.
General Donation
As always, your monetary support is greatly appreciated and your donations will go directly to support one of our important programs. You may make a donation through cash, check or money order directly to our office.
In-Kind Donation
Do you have some extra office supplies? Have some computer skills to help us maintain our systems? In-kind donations offer an easy way to help out while lending your skills and extra items to our organization. Fundraisers
Best Ball Golf Tournament – September 23, 2011 HFI’s fundraising event of the year is our annual golf tournament and auction. Individuals, families and corporate sponsors team up to hit the links at the beautiful Banbury Golf and Country Club followed by a delicious lunch and lively auction all to benefit key foundation programs like Camp Red Sunrise.
Hemophilia Walk - Coming 2012!!! On behalf of the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) and Baxter Healthcare Corporation, we are proud to be entering into the third season of our partnership on the Hemophilia Walk program. Baxter’s investment of over $1 million to date and the tireless efforts of NHF and its chapters have yielded unprecedented success through the first-ever national fund raising program for the bleeding disorders community.
As a result of our collective efforts, in just the first two years of the program, NHF and its chapters have raised over $2.3 million and engaged 10,000 walkers, with those numbers certain to grow as we enter our third year with events in 14 locations. Enthusiastic participants enlist family members, friends and co-workers to form fund raising teams, whose energetic efforts have made the events successful on so many levels – including funds and public awareness.
